COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our traditional, all-natural full-bodied Hirter 1270er is a delicious interplay between ancient recipes and modern-day tastes. Its characteristic color is due to the gently roasted, caramelized brewing malt.

The water of the Hanslbauer spring and the prolonged maturation time make the Hirter 1270er a GMO-free, non-pasteurized and all-natural beer specialty.

Its delicately balanced, malty flavor, which is enhanced by the subtly integrated carbonic acid structure, is due to the use of the purest aromatic hops, paired with caramelized brewing malt. The Hirter 1270er treats beer lovers to a crisp, full-bodied burst of aroma. 11.9°

On tap at Rivetti. Bright red color, clear, short thick stable offwhite head. Aroma of roasted malts and mild caramel, finishes with a woody tone, light aromatic hops, sweetish taste, dusty texture. Clean amber lager.

Didn’t take tasting notes. Just wrote down the score so I’m typing just enough words.

Holmen2 (3567) - NORWAY - OCT 7, 2015
From tap as house beer at Tolkien’s House in Zagreb 07.10.15. Dark orange. Diminishing beige head and lacing. Aroma of sweet medium-dark malt and some continental hops. Taste of malt, marmalade, honey and some hops. Also a slight hint of smoke. Malty aftertaste, with bitterness lingering on. Well balanced.

bartzluke (598) - Oklahoma, USA - JUL 12, 2015
.5l pour from tap into glass mug. Hazy, amber, moderate white head. Light body, crisp, a bite of a carbonation bite. Nose is toast. Taste is a little bready, definitely sweet. A bit too sweet, actually. Not enough complexity. Kind of bland.

wiosna (591) - - JUN 27, 2015
0,125l@ café Einstein Vienna. Kirkas kullankeltainen. Tuoksussa lievästi paahteisuutta, makeutta ja hunajaista mallasta. Maussa paahteista ja hunajaista mallasta, humalaa, leipää. Hyvää.

Pours a clear amber color, topped with an average sized white head. Malty aroma, some fruity and caramel notes. Taste is similar - sweet, malty, caramel. Light bitterness. Not a bad one, though.

Clear deep amber color, average size white head. Lots of lacing. Medium body, lively carbonation. Aroma of red fruits, raspberries, malt. Taste is similar. Nice enough.

In Taproom: Reddish gold colour with white creamy head. Aroma of hops, metall. Taste was similar: little muddy, low carbonation, metallic, watery finish. This beer was a big disappointment.

2.9
Dorqui (2255) - Brescia, ITALY - MAR 1, 2015
Bottled 0.50L. Medium dark amber color, poor bubbly aspect with good head duration. Discreet malty and soft smoked aroma with moderate bitterish palate and long malty final.
