COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Hirter Märzen is a masterly specialty. Entirely GMO-free, non-pasteurized and all natural, it has a mild carbonic acid structure and punchy flavor. It is highly fermented, making it light, yet full-bodied on the palate, with a mature, smooth and rounded finish. The use of only the finest aromatic hops ensures that the bitter flavor element does not take centre stage. Brewed from the finest mountain spring water and matured in a prolonged aging process, our Hirter Märzen is an all-natural delicacy. 11.8°

330ml bottle, shared by ippopotamo36 (thanks Alberto!). Oro limpida, schiuma bianca persistente. Al naso sentori di malto, biscotto, miele, cereali, lieve nota metallica, erbaceo. In bocca è dolce, maltata, con un finale appena amaro. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Un po’ fiacca ma bevibile.

Bottle shared with Mortlach in Rome-Italy. Clear golden a bit pale, frothy white head. Nose: a bit weak (bottle?), pale malts, silk honey notes, bit grassy. Mouth: rich malt, cereals, clean and balanced sweetness. Quite tasty.

Draft. I am rating this after some hours uphill hiking. Golden clear body with white head. Aroma is grains and malts with some sourness. Taste is malty bisquits and herbs. Aftertaste is nice balanced between malts and bitterness.

Bottled 0,50L. Blond and clear yellow color, no bubbly aspect and discreet head resistance. Modest aged grassy and grains aroma. Moderate prickly mouth, sufficient bitterish and little unusual alcoholic perception.

Silvan7 (1231) - Samarate, ITALY - OCT 27, 2014
Bottle @ Haus Garden Gallarate. Giallo dorato, limpida, schiuma bianca non molto fine mediamente persistente. Aroma maltato, di caramello, miele e leggermente di uva bianca. Poco intenso e poco persistente. Gusto amabile, quasi stucchevole, poco amaro. Poco corposa, appiccicosa. Rotonda anche se con una lieve punta di acidità. Scarsamente equilibrata dal poco amaro.
