The sporty side of this special mixed drink, stemming from one half precious Hirter Vollbier and one half fruity lemonade with sweeteners (contains Phenylalanine). Full taste - little alcohol. Special among the Radlers. (translated from German)

Note: The bottled version appears to be retired and in-glass mixes aren’t allowed!

A quite impressive thirst quencher. Light and obviously heavily carbonated. The natural sweetness of the beer compliments the bitterness of the lemons rather well.

0,125l @ café Einstein Vienna. Samea haalean hunajan/pissankeltainen. Tuoksussa makeaa sitrusta, greippiä, aavistus mallasta. Makeaa, greippilimua. Vähän mallasta. No jaa.

Kavu (5121) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 27, 2015
0,125l on tap @ Cafe Einstein. Pours cloudy yellow with a high head. Aroma is malts with plenty of lemon. Flavor is malts and lemon. A bit thin and fast even for a radler, but not bad.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Bottle in Ljubljana. An okay shandy, refreshing and light.

heavy (2904) - Split, CROATIA - AUG 17, 2009
0.5 l bottle from an Inta’spa’ in Villach. Pale yellow bodied with small head that went down fast. Lemony and spicy aroma. Interesting flavor, not nearly sweet, rather bitter, as of that strange spice and probably a juice/soda/whatever of better quality than usual. Some malty notes inside as well. As a summer thirst quencher it fulfills its duty better than many other radlers and I like its special flavor, so I kind of enjoy it. Still, I can’t consider radlers as real beers.

0.5l bottle as Hirta Radla (not really, inside joke, sorry). Courtesy of and shared with heavy who brought it from Austria (thanks!)
Poured a very pale yellow body with a tiny white head that went away fast. Almost no nose, some light acidity. The taste.... traces of eggy maltiness, citric acid. Very watery, very dry yet very refreshing. Atypical and I can respect it. As a beer it sucks badly. If you think about it any other way, quite a serviceable soft drink especially during the summer. I’m in half a mind to butcher it but on the other hand, it doesn’t really deserve that. No.1337 and it definitely isn’t :(.

Ungstrup (38382) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 25, 2008
Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet wtih notes fo straw and citrus. The flavor has primary notes of artificial lemons as well as a light touch of straw. The body is no wonder thin.

Slayer85 (1051) - Firenze, ITALY - SEP 17, 2008
Bottled. A clear pale yellow beer with a medium sized and collapsing white head. The aroma is lightly malty with a note of cereal and obviously lemon, though less present than expected. The flavour is sweet and unbalanced, with lemon notes. Light body, fizzy carbonation, short finish with light bitterness. Not much a beer and quite disgusting.

LordCorkscrew (1774) - Ronco Scrivia (GE), ITALY - MAY 30, 2008

Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 26, 2007
(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with a white head. Neutral aroma with a very discreet note of lemon. Thin and watery body. Weak citrus notes with a distinct tartness. 201107
