COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
IPA brewed with Japanese wild breed mandarin "Fukure Mikan". Refreshing flavor of this mandarin complements well with citrusy hop. The perfect balance act of hop bitterness and Umami taste.

colui72 (985) - HONG KONG - JUN 25, 2017
Bright clear amber, small white head and some lacing. Beautiful aroma of mandarin and ale malts. Mikan mandarin remains strongly in its taste, well blended with citrusy hops. Some note of ale malts arenít particularly distinctive. Medium bitterness here, quite crisp and refreshing in a hot day, light bodied but not watery, smooth and softly carbonated. Decent.

Drank on tap at Palmhof Alehouse, Zurich. A little gassy, but a tasty IPA. Very drinkable.

Blond orange clean robe, white head. Nose on orange, citrus and some creamy sweet stuff. Mouth is creamy on sweet orange, like a rye IPA without the sourness. Medium body. Finish is a bit bitter and stays there a lot. Quite refined but very only on the orange and not so original.

Rask0lnikov (1257) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAY 31, 2017
330ml bottle. BB 03/2017. Pours pale yellow colour. Moderate white head. Dried apples, orange, citrusses in the aroma. Apricot, sweetness, spices, notes of orange, citrussy notes in the taste. Quite fruity, bit spicy brew. Would like to have fresh batch, but this is quite drinkable.

Scipio (1044) - Palatine, Illinois, USA - MAY 30, 2017
Pours a clear orange with a thinner white head that lingers for a bit. The aroma has a healthy mix of orange and caramel, with a significant presence of herbal hops. Some lesser pine and peach are found as well. The taste has an easy bitterness to it. Dry and a little sweet, but not too much. I find a lot of parallels to the nose. There is strong orange with a base of caramel and resin. Still pretty herbal, although now I detect a slight grassiness as well. Mild peach. Sweet orange aftertaste is a tad weak though long lasting. Meidum in body, with thicker, sticky texture, and average in carbonation. A solid IPA overall.

Bottle at easy beer. Amber color. Caramel notes. Tangerine finish. Nice IPA, not outstanding though.

Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - MAY 24, 2017
Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a sly burnt orange color with a fingerís worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Some sly messy lace. The aroma had some sweet Mandarin oranges, sweet freshly cut grass, some lemon pulp, subtle herbal sweetness, a touch of floral and a little bit of toast at the end. The flavor was sweet all of the way through. Some light bitterness did try and make an effort to come forward but didnít seem to show enough pizazz. Aftertaste was the Mandarin oranges, sweet. Finish was semi-sticky and sweet. The palate was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine. Stickiness was acceptable and not cloying. Overall, wishing there would have been a little more pizazz from the bitter components of the hops. I didnít mind this one and am wishing I could have found a date on the bottle. Numbers are gentle in this review due to unknown age of this beer.
