La bière correspond a ce que l’on attend d’une blanche. Arômes floral léger et de citron. Très bonne.

Spice on the nose. Nutmeg palate with hoppy body. Citrus towards the end. Great looking bottle.

faroeviking (11119) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - JUN 23, 2017
Cloudy yellow. Ahh, es de botella. Pleasant aroma of wheat and spice (coriander and nutmeg like), bit fruity, nice. Good mouthfeel. Flavour has wheat, spices like coriander and nutmeg, malty like with some fruit and bit citrus in the finish. Soft and indeed pleasant. Refreshing.

MarcoBasile (466) - DENMARK - JUN 8, 2017
It’s a witbier at 5.5% ABV. It pours a cloudy bright yella’ color with a one finger white head. The aroma is light, some citrus and breadyness as you might expect from a wit. The taste is a little citrusy as well, but the aftertaste is pretty yeasty. It’s not something amazing but this beer is very drinkable. How much flavor can one put in a witbier anyway? This does what it’s supposed to.

SilkTork (5804) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - JUN 6, 2017
Small bottle. Can’t remember where I got it from. It’s sharp with some gentle coriander spice. I can’t really get beyond that sharpness. Lemon notes. Fresh. Thin. And, not acidic or anything as bad as that, but just a bit tart. Not my thing really. Not really beery.

ttoadee (1553) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUN 5, 2017
Cloudy sediments yellow pour, thin white head. Nose is wheat and spice. Across the tongue it is light wheat and citrus. The finish shows the cardamom and a light hop bitterness.

Pours hazy straw with thin white head. Aromas are floral, citrus, nutmeg, spices. Taste light sweetness, hint of sourness, slightly salty. Medium body, creamy, lively, long finish. Overall an excellent beer, especially to accompany ramen noodles
