Pros: Gorgeous appearance, long lasting cream. Well conditioned. Excellent mouth feel and weight on the palate. Has a lot going on. Its a fairly complex beer, with several spice elements.

Cons: Out of balance coriander and nutmeg notes in both the nose and flavor.

Overall, its kick ass. But could be improved.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden yellow, medium sized white head stays, leaves lacing. Aroma is refreshing, sweet, fruity, orange peel, coriander. Taste is crisp, refreshing, quite dry, tart, coriander, orange peel. Long dry aftertaste, orange. Light bodied, quite lively carbo. Nice, different, witbier. I like this dry, crisp mouthfeel.

Small bottle from local Alko. This quite different brew reminds me of saying: If it doesnt challenge you, it doesnt change you. Fred Devito Not my style but skillfully made brew.

Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is spices, wheat, herbal notes, nutmeg. Taste is yeasty, citrus, spicy, cloves, coriander, somehow even some saltiness. Bitter and dry finish. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. A good witbier, unusual but good, and refreshing.

Bottle from waitrose. A very surprising beer and Im not sure who could do a better white ale. It wasnt sweet at all which was very refreshing. Flavour profile isnt massive but definitely a great example of a white ale.

Aroma: Nutmeg, yeast, coriander, citrus/ lemon, tiny bit of dank (from yeast?) Appearance: Hazy yellow. small head on pour that dissipates quickly. Flavor: nutmeg, corriander, lemon, pilsner malt, Belgian wit yeast. Balanced finish. A bit refreshing. Mouthfeel: Medium to light body but appropriate for the style. carbonation dissipates quickly leaving it a bit thin. Balanced finish. Overall Impression. A decent refreshing beer.

Very hazy orangey golden color, topped with a medium large white head, frothy and immediately gone. Fresh and spicy aroma with some ripe bananas in addition and some fruity presence. Sweet, juicy start, spicy presence later on, some bitterness present. Very sparkly body, slight peppery finish. Light. Not bad, a bit different. Fresh but has a bit too fluffy, juicy feel.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Pooler, GA. The appearance is a clear bright gold color with a small white head. The aroma is mild and is mostly light hops and some fruit. The taste is a very nice blend of fruit and spice.

Mediocre Witbier, drinkable though. Nothing special, but no major flaws detected.

Bottle, 330 ml. Pours mildly hazy yellow/straw No Visible carb, head dissipates quickly. Looks like pineapple juice. Nose is sweet and fruity/juicy, with orange, lemon, light pineapple, touch of coriander, lots of spice spice, almond/marzipan. Taste is spicy and sweet, starting out with citrus, orange, blood orange perhaps, grapefruit, spice (unsure which), leading on to some spicy bread in the middle with the long, dry finish comprising mild coriander, clove, and Belgian yeast. Traces of herbal hops and bitterness throughout. Body is light-medium, texture is somewhat thin but not too watery, carbonation is mild but noticeable. Interesting stuff, not quite what I expected from a wit.
