UPDATED: SEP 18, 2017 Just love his beer. Refreshing, yet complex, this beer satisfies most moods.

Cloudy lemon yellow with no head and a lot of particulate matter. Strong aroma of something I couldn't place, similarly strong flavor. And then my husband said "I can really taste the nutmeg" and I was like Ohhhh, yeah, that's definitely nutmeg. It's all you can taste, and it leaves a tingle in the mouth. It's an interesting beer.

Alebarasi (138) - Dobrova, SLOVENIA - SEP 13, 2017
Hazy golden yellow color with a short lasting white head and a lot of yeast particles. Medium body, soft carbonation, no lacing. Floral aroma of citruses and their zest, coriander, honey, wheat, lychee, tropical fruits, bubblegum, yeast and cider-like aromas. Kind of a bland taste of oranges, sparkling wine, wheat, straw and herbs. Notable tartness. A bit watery - soda-alike brew. Easily drinkable and refreshing.

intense, weird, experimental white beer. floral, fruity, almost perfumy on the nose, and a bizarre light citrus zing on the palate. texture is unusual and the taste is far more complex than i can construe using the descriptors available here lol. piles of belgian-looking yeast floating around which is almost impossible not to disturb. good luck not getting it in the glass! bizarre drink, glad i tried it, unsure if i would buy another but would be interested in seeing a draught version.

Bottle. Aroma pine and spice with lemon notes. Pours pale yellow bubbly thin top. Taste goes medium sweet to sour. Some initial fizz on the tongue from spice but otherwise light and bland.

klm1 (1736) - Bled/SF, - AUG 2, 2017
Pours yellowish golden hazy with fluffy white head. Aroma: coriander, orange peel, wheat grain, etc. Flavor: coriander, orange peel, nutmeg is very noticeable on second half before finish and it’s surprisingly well integrated....there’re also crisp like malt notes and wheat grain flavors, supported with peppery, floral, earthy hop character..hop bitterness is low, finish slightly dry. Body is moderate, texture soft, carbonation is medium.
