Pours a beautiful golden-straw with a creamy off white head. Complex aroma of lemon, grass, spice, ginger, and a huge floral bouquet. Taste does not disappoint! Begins sweet with lightly toasted malts that mix with orange and lemon. The finish is dry and spicy. Very smooth on the palate and I definitely want to keep drinking more. Maybe the best Wit I’ve ever had and it comes from Japan.

Bottle at home on 28th December 2017; received as a festive gift. Pours a dull hazy pale amber with any foam soon disappearing. Zesty fruits and spices in aroma, with orange peel dominant. Juicy, sweet and tangy fruits in-mouth, with fresh orange, touches of grassy hoppiness and a hint of black pepper. The orange dominates an otherwise hoppy and fruity finish. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. An interesting witbier.

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2017 Bottle at Nooch, Zurich. Pours cloudy amber with a white head. Aroma is slight coriander and orange peel indeed, smooth spices. Body is medium, very smooth and softly oily, decent sweetness with herbs and spices, orange too. Not too extreme, rather balanced too, but also a bit low on flavours, still enjoyable to drink.

Bottle at home pours hazy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is mainly wheaty malts and some spices. In the taste clear orange juice; medium sweet with citric elements. Rather strong carbo. It's an OK wheat beer, but not quite special and a little too much juice drink-like.

Turtles (3087) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 15, 2017
Bottled @ Lokal, Stockholm. Hazy straw golden, small white head, poor lacing. Citrus and orange aroma a lot of bread, not too much else going on. Fairly crisp feel, light and smooth. Wheat malty taste, citrus, orange and mild herbal. Dry finish.

Benters (136) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 12, 2017
Pours a hazy light golden colour with average carbonation. Aroma is of oranges, orange juice and spices including coriander. Taste is crisp, zesty, fruity and refreshing with hints of spice. Orange and citrus flavours dominate. A nice, refreshing Belgian-style witbier with a twist.

Can at home in Beer Hawk advent calendar. It looked good in the glass and the flavour was crisp and sharp, with an inherent spiciness as it went down. It was very pleasant with a pizza.

330 ml bottle. Pours with a bright golden color an a nice white head. Nose is nutmeg, coriander and dark honey. taste is spicy, dry cereals, wheat and some citric hints. Nice dry finish.

sam_uk93 (78) - West Sussex, ENGLAND - DEC 11, 2017
Pours a murky pale amber. Aroma is very subtle, some banana, cinnamon. Taste is cinnamon sweetness up front, leading to a subtle malty middle with some banana, spice, finishes with a long, lingering typical belgian yeast flavour with some very slight bitterness. Medium to high carbonation, medium bodied. Good.
