Bevuta in bottiglia. Colore ambra molto pulita e trasparente. Al naso caramello puro, biscotto ed una splendida eleganza data dal passaggio in botti di sake. In bocca piena, molto dolce, corposa, alcolica al punto giusto. Bella persistenza. Ottima

Drinked in bottle. On the nose caramel, oak, sherry, hints of vanilla. In mouth is medium bodied, caramel sweet, liquor, cherry, alcoholic warmness, the after taste is brandy and oak. Very good beer

CraftyHare (129) - Adelaide, AUSTRALIA - NOV 18, 2017
330ml bottle pours dark amber with small beige head. Aromas of toffee, grain and strong herbal characters. Tastes of caramel malt, honey, ginger bread, brown sugar, yeast, saki and dry wine. Smooth whiskey-like texture and alcohol characters. Long finish with mild bitterness. A pretty interesting and unique strong ale from Hitachino.

Lore (2919) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 10, 2017
Opalescent reddish amber colour, minimal creamy beige-ish off-white head; aroma of dried fruits like raisins and dates, toffe and yeast; taste is unfortunately overly dominated by yeast and the dried fruity-cocoa, cherry bonbon and syrupy notes are only in the background; but anyway, it's still quite enjoyable

tomer (3760) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - SEP 9, 2017
Bottle, small creamy bubbly head, beautiful clear rusty orange color with red taints, aroma of dried apricot and fig with fragrant yeastiness and a hint of pencil sharpnings, fruity flavor melded with sake notes, brown bread, a trace od soy and a buttery hint, light mellow bitterness, light sweetnessmedium bodied and not to heavy. Very well made and highly enjoyable.

rayaron (2011) - Kfar Saba, ISRAEL - SEP 3, 2017
Bottle. Hazy copper with beige head. Sweetish aroma with notes of raisin, caramel, fruit cake, alcoholic and some sake. Sweet and alcoholic flavor with notes of raisin, caramel, dried fruits, citrusy hops, bitterish, sake, lots of alcohol in the finish. Full-bodied.

Bacchus66 (967) - South Carolina, USA - AUG 27, 2017
12oz bottle at Fuji Sushi, Mt. Pleasant. Pours hazy amber with an off-white cap. Sweet malt, dark fruits, caramel, oak, yeast. Evident alcohol. Mild carbonation. Dry, warming finish.

3.4
Tometclo (339) - Paris, FRANCE - AUG 27, 2017
Mousse peu abondante, couleur brun orangé. Arôme malts, caramel. Présence d’alcool trop important au goût, caramel, épice. Une bière au caractère affirmé, mais quelque peu gâchée par l’alcool trop prononcé. 33 Cl Monoprix
