Magela (146) - Rio de Janeiro, - SEP 12, 2012
Staining and woody aroma. The nose has sweet malts. It’s flavor is a growing fruity bitterness that change to an striking strength that comes from a greater maturity. It is a full bodied beer both good and strong.

Lore (2870) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 10, 2017
Opalescent reddish amber colour, minimal creamy beige-ish off-white head; aroma of dried fruits like raisins and dates, toffe and yeast; taste is unfortunately overly dominated by yeast and the dried fruity-cocoa, cherry bonbon and syrupy notes are only in the background; but anyway, it's still quite enjoyable

tomer (3710) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - SEP 9, 2017
Bottle, small creamy bubbly head, beautiful clear rusty orange color with red taints, aroma of dried apricot and fig with fragrant yeastiness and a hint of pencil sharpnings, fruity flavor melded with sake notes, brown bread, a trace od soy and a buttery hint, light mellow bitterness, light sweetnessmedium bodied and not to heavy. Very well made and highly enjoyable.

12oz bottle at Fuji Sushi, Mt. Pleasant. Pours hazy amber with an off-white cap. Sweet malt, dark fruits, caramel, oak, yeast. Evident alcohol. Mild carbonation. Dry, warming finish.

Tometclo (317) - Paris, FRANCE - AUG 27, 2017
Mousse peu abondante, couleur brun orangé. Arôme malts, caramel. Présence d’alcool trop important au goût, caramel, épice. Une bière au caractère affirmé, mais quelque peu gâchée par l’alcool trop prononcé. 33 Cl Monoprix

Backlog, Bottle care of Pat in ’10. Poured a dirty brown color with a small to medium head. Aromas and flavor of pear, raisin, fig, spice, cherry, and belgian yeast. A little boozy overall with some grain in the finish. Not sure about sake aging in beer.
