UPDATED: JUN 3, 2014 330ml bottle, barcode 8801119683342, labelled Dry finish d imported, no mention of the brewery Hite. The fine print however on the label says brewed and bottled by Hite Jinro Co Ltd, Seoul Korea. The back of the label has a health warning in poorly translated Swedish. Pours clear pale golden, with a medium white head that dissipated quickly, and left no lacing. A faint aroma of corn and grain. Taste is of corn and sweet wheat bread. The taste is indeed dry as the name implies, but also somewhat sweet. As the beer warms up the alcohol becomes prominent, and there is also a funky cabbage like character. Fizzy carbonation, light watery body and a thin texture. I acquired this beer just because I wanted to taste a beer from Korea. However doesn’t live up to my already low expectations on Korean beer. Everything about it is bizarre to me, even the name and strange futuristic design of the logo, the poorly translated Swedish text on the label, and the sweet but yet dry taste. And this is supposedly tastier than the ordinary Hite? With all that said, still quite okay to drink cold with spicy food. Singularity (6369) - Blattniksele, SWEDEN - SEP 26, 2013
Sample from bottle @SBWF13. Pale yellow with small white head. Aroma of corn and pale malt, some cardboard. Taste is corn, pale malt, watery and bland. The boot babes tried to convince us that "this has MUCH more flavor than the ordinary Hite" Grzesiek79 (4485) - Radom, POLAND - SEP 20, 2013
Gdzie tu wytrawny finisz? Piwo na skruty. Dziwna etykieta, egzotyczny posmak, czyli glukoza i syropy z jeczmienia i wszechpanujaca kukurydza. Marka podstawowa prawie taka sama. Nie rozroznia sie smaku miedzy jednym jak i drugim. Wieksze tylko nagazowanie. Camons (13516) - Hasselager, DENMARK - AUG 29, 2013
Can @ DØE meeting. Pours fizzy light yellow with a fading white head. Aroma of malt, grain, corn. Flavor is sweet, grainy and loads of corn. Thin watery body, lively carbonation. 280813 bax (1312) - Hasselager, Aarhus, DENMARK - AUG 28, 2013

Can @ døe sommer fest. Pale yellow, small white head, no lacing. Aroma, malty, maize, banana, . Taste, malty, maize, banana, . I guess it’s a rating. A lot of carbonation. Westkyoto77 (640) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 15, 2013
Can. Not half as bad as the Hite beer I had at Incheon Airport a few years ago that still gives me nightmares. Wheaty, bready aromas. Not as much corn flavour as comparable Japanese macro lagers. Not exactly dry finishing- almost creamy if anything- but not a bad palate. Tolerable, which for the price of a happoshu, meant good.

Not excited for this, but here goes... smells like a cheap pale lager, though the nose is fairly light. Looks like a cheap pale lager. Taste is dry without the residual sweetness so often associated with pale lagers. Whatever. Completely forgettable. Elwood (3347) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - MAY 4, 2013
Serving: 330 ml. bottle at Honey Pig Centreville. It pours a slightly lighter gold than the Hite Max with a thin white head. The nose doesn’t give you much, perhaps a touch of grain. The flavor is on the weak side with a club soda, grain, and slight bitterness. Smooth with a dry finish. Scampy (6) - - APR 26, 2013 does not count
Even I said OB Golden Lager is best in all Korean Lagers, this Dry Finish D is easier to drink and goes down quickly.
