Bart (2938) - Brussels, BELGIUM - SEP 23, 2012
355ml Can from Supermarket in Mapo, Seoul. Clear golden blond coloured beer with some light carbonation and a rather small white head. Light grainy pilsener malty hinted aroma. Medium to full sweet hinted palate. Finish is bitter sweet with a longer sweet dry malty ending. Regular lager. Nothing special.

330 ml can bought at magstore in Nathan Road, Jordan.

Clear light golden yellow colour One-quarter finger head and soapy white foam which fades in 30 seconds; Good sticky lacing and active small carbonation; Slightly pungent aroma of malt, with very light band-aid, light floral, sugar, yeast, lemon and very light grass; Close to medium sweet taste of malt, with rice, strong sugar, light floral, odd-tasting chemical, cracker, yeast, light lemon, very light bitter hops and faint grass; Light body. Slightly slick palate; Mouth feel is fairly dry. Maltyness is thinned by strong rice, but it was that enduring, band aid-like taste that’s really annoying, in addition the sugar is not that strong to the tongue but it’s teeth-roting. No good!... Hoppiness is light floral, lemon and thin grass in nose and taste. Bitterness is light, odd-tasting and extract-like for a lasting, light astringent sweet-bitter finish; Fairly dry after taste. Awkward and fairly bitter to mouth.

Comments: Usually this company makes some fairly good and drinkable lagers, but this is an exception - a mix of band-aid, odd chemicals and sugar ends this dry attempt into disaster. Drain pours!

Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is corn, brewing cereal and water. Taste is watery corn. You’re drinking a pale lager, oh you were expecting flavour? Hahaha silly you!

Pyobon (1402) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUL 1, 2012
(bottle) Clear pale gold with little head. Pleasant but subtle aroma. Light body, medium carbonation. Taste is not bad: rather light on flavour but nice balance between sweet and citrus tang; with a very little amount of bitterness. Overall, its OK.

Klares goldgelb mit wenig Schaum. Leicht würzig, leicht bitterer Nachgeschmack, etwas dünn.

Ah the ticks you’ll grind when in Cambodia. Light gold, head lasts a bit longer than I’m used to here. Nose has rice and cereal, grass. Flavour isn’t particularly dry, bready, I think I prefer the NE Asian lagers to the SE Asian ones.

(bottle 28 /08-2013) very low white head, light yellow color, fucking close to water.

Bottle. Clear golden pour with a head that disappeared quickly. Fruit, corn and grain. Sparkling water with slight sweetness at the end. Really watery. But not offensive

Bottle 0.5 l, Carrefour, Wrocław, Poland.
Jasnozłote, mocno nasycone piwo o puszystej lecz nietrwałej pianie oraz słodowym z chmielowymi akcentami aromatem. W smaku orzeźwiające, lekko wodniste, słodowe z wytrawną, minimalnie metaliczną goryczką na finiszu.

There isn’t much I can say about this. Once you get that whiff of decaying food in an old fridge, you can get the level of beer you will be drinking.
