Draught @ brewery, Mornington Peninsula
Pale straw beer, clear, white head atop.
Not a great deal on the nose - light toasty, cracker biscuit pilsner malt, touch of leafy hop.
Medium bodied, crisp & dry.
Biscuity toasty malts upfront, touch of honey, with floral herbal hints of hop contributing to a reasonably high bitterness (for a pils).
Pleasant brew, well made. ShaneJ (896) - AUSTRALIA - JUL 10, 2015
Bottle from Purvis Cellars (September 2014). Clear golden, small white head, clean, crisp, , bready/doughy aroma, grainy/biscuity malt, hint of honey, mild earthy hops. Quite enjoyable. Bathory (458) - Kverneland, NORWAY - DEC 28, 2013
Bottle from the brewery, 5,0 % abv. Pours a pale golden colour with a good foamy head, that disappears quite fast. Aroma of wet wood, dough and hay, mostly malts in the smell. Flavour is grassy, earthy and some spruce. Soft carbonation and soft palate. Could have hade some more carbonation in my opinion. Overall, an okey pilsener. From the bottle poured a cloudy yellow brew with a thin white head. Light, balanced aromas a flavors of malt, hops, and hints of honey tia (2226) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Bottle RG 20. Hazy yellow with thin dissipating head. Smells lightly of honey, dry grain and faint citrus. Tastes lightly of honey, with a little dryness. But its watery.

Richmond 20th. Courtesy maniac. Bizarre aroma - drake mentioned wet cat, and I can’t disagree. Flavor is lightly crackery with faint floral hops, far better than the aroma. OK. Drake (13739) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Half liter bottle shared by maniac at the 20th Richmond Gathering. Pours a slightly hazy orange-yellow with a thin white head that quickly fades. Aroma of honey, dust, wet cat, caramelized sugar. The taste is grassy hops, pale malts, a salty note and slight lingering bitterness. Thin-bodied. Odd beast. mkel07 (5988) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JAN 27, 2012
500ml bottle. Very pale and light amber colour with a large pillow of white foam. Looks like most other pilseners and has a strong grainy wet hay aroma that is reminiscent of the style. In the mouth it is very crisp and clean with a pefurmey type flavour with a mild touch of bitterness. Quite full in the mouth with a smooth creaminess. Bottle, which gets points in itself - 500ml version of a methode champagne bottle - looks awesome. Definitely a pilsner in the German style, though maybe not with quite the bitterness. Very clean and well made. Davros (3187) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - SEP 18, 2011
Pours pale gold with a large head fed by lively carbonation.
Nose is restrained but shows bready malt, hay and very soft spicy notes.
Flavours follow along the same lines but also include a grainy character.
Nice moderately high carbonation suits the beer well.
