An elegant, straw coloured bitter. The hint of sweetness is complemented by subtle hop flavours, leading to a dry finish. Brewed using Maris Otter pale Ale malt, Hobson's yeast and finished with Worcestershire Goldings and Herefordshire Progress hops.

Benzai (15608) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - MAR 16, 2014
Bottle @ home thanks to Countbeer. Clear golden color, full sized white head. Aroma is pretty fruity and sweetish. Wasn’t expecting that. Taste however is decently bitter, a bit fruity, light to moderately malty. Average body and carbonation.

Holmen1 (5885) - Stavanger, NORWAY - MAR 16, 2014

Holmen2 (3642) - NORWAY - MAR 16, 2014
Pale straw coloured, slightly unclear. White head. Slightly sour aroma and taste. Not much taste of malt. More like a lager than a bitter.

Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - MAR 15, 2014
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Medium sized snowy white foamy head on top of a clear yellow colored beer. Aromas of pils malts, herbs, soap, malts, grains and even some hops. Very light dusty but overall pretty crispy aroma. Flavours of grains, malts, wheat, hops, herbs, bitters, some wood and a light light dusty citrussy tone Aftertaste is a dry mix of bitters, malts, herbals and a bit mealy. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy texture.

Pudding (259) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 21, 2013

StilleStorm (1529) - Stavanger, NORWAY - NOV 22, 2013
DAA; Bottle 500 ml. Pours cloudy, dark straw with foamy, medium lasting white head. Aroma is grainy, sweet malty and light hoppy. Taste profile mirrors, adding citrus and hints of spice. Crispy mouth. Carbonated with a dry, short finish.

minutemat (5529) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - OCT 20, 2013
500ml bottle at home. Fruity, hoppy nose with disappointingly tame, grassy flavours and vague glimpses of something resembling hops. Very poor.

PAK9 (5) - Oxford, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 18, 2013 does not count
Bottled. Weak aroma of flowers. First sip is plasticy and unpleasant. Taste is flowery but with chemical overtones that don’t balance with it and make it dishwatery. Very lively palate, effervesces too easily. Overstayed its welcome a little at the end.

gunnar (9094) - Sandnes, NORWAY - AUG 15, 2013
Bottle from Vaaland, Bryne. Pours light cloudy straw coloured with a big frothy white head. Aroma of citrussy and grassy hops. Taste is moderate dry, crisp and fresh hops.Lingering dry end.

SarkyNorthener (4620) - West Bromwich (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 16, 2013
Bottle conditioned. Golden beer with large foam head and a touch of lacing. Aroma of soft malts. Taste is mild hops, sweet malts and citrus. Not bad.
