[Cask at GBBF 2004] A light orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of fruit - especially peach. The flavor is dry hoppy with notes of both aroma and bitter hops - as well as notes of peach.

[email protected] Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is wood, slight nectar and some earth. Flavour is quite papery bitter with some hints of fruits. Leaves a tickling feeling on the tongue. Not the most exciting brew I have had.

[Cask at GBBF] Clear golden. Lightly soapy nose. Mildly malty and sweet with rounded mouthfeel and notes of fruit. Carefully salty finish.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 5, 2006
(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a slightly hazy amber, no head and basically no carbonation either. Malty, slightly sour aroma. Light body with vague notes of nuts, but otherwise just sour, vinegary and plain nasty. Yet another bottle conditioned English beer gone terribly bad. Needs a rerate. 040706

Church Inn, Ludlow. Cask. Clear gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and smooth and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, light and semi sweet. Mild honey vibe and floral notes. Modest citric hops on the back end. Finishes light and semi dry, mild bitter linger. Not bad, pretty quaffable.

Bottle at home with Drew. Pours a golden hue with a big, white head. Some mild, earth and straw hops. Lightly sweet with some faint bread and mild bitters. Light bodied with average carbonation. Faintly sweet finish. Nothing special, but OK.
