3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours an almost opaque honey-golden with whilte head. Wheat, banana, slight caramel and hint of alcohol on the nose. Subtle citrus and biscuit aromas also noticable. Smooth caramel, wheat and malt flavours, moving through to more subtle banana and orange characters. A bitter malt and touch of alcohol present at the end of the mouthful, which linger on the palate. Smooth and balanced with a lack of carbonation. Nice, but nothing overly exciting.
UPDATED: JAN 8, 2018 Lekker ongefilterd biertje, kruidig en iets bittere afdronk, wat kort blijft hangen. fredthecat (337) - CANADA - JAN 2, 2018
opaque, golden with a relatively small head for a wheat beer. aroma is yeasty, cloves, lemon peel, candied orange peel. tastes very wheaty and textured. good palate. essentially a hoegaarden ramped up with another 20% cane sugar i'd imagine. a bit hot. i thought i rated this already. it is good to get when its cheap. UPDATED: DEC 31, 2017 Aspect trouble, pas mal de levure en suspesion. Assez sucrée, certainement un peu trop, avec des goûts de vanille et de banane. Manque d'amertume. Ne reste pas en bouche. Un poil écoeurante à la longue. vcsa (74) - - DEC 28, 2017

Bottle. Color: Slightly orange golden, white head. Taste: Medium sweet, fruity. Notes of yeast, hints of white sugar, yellow fruit. Nice combination with floral hopbitterness. Over medium body, average to just above average carbonation. Well balanced, subtle beer.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2017 Taste is close to ale but very tender and nice one. Strong as all belgium beers thejackpacker (730) - East Sussex, ENGLAND - DEC 8, 2017
Bottle from her supermarket, Mons. Not sure I understand this one, the aroma is classic hoegarden but the taste, I feel the alcohol level doesn't bring that much more to the drink. deepdrinker (369) - Leeds, ENGLAND - NOV 26, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 4, 2017 Pours cloudy golden with fruity aroma. tastes belgium yeast bread , wheat and has a crisp spicy aftertaste ruuurd (345) - Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - NOV 9, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 9, 2017 Sweet, silky, peachy: its a powerful yet subtle beer. The extra yeast makes it a bit carbonate in the aftertaste: very nice beer! Villyzzz (463) - Espoo, FINLAND - NOV 3, 2017
Bottle at home. Pours hazy honey colored with big white head. Aroma has wheat, cloves, banana and spices. Taste is a bit sweet with wheat and spices. Quite nice.
