Grey and cloudy with a thin, scummy head, this beer really doesnt appeal visually. The aroma was interesting, with yeast and spices. Flavour was citrus sour and a bit watery. I wanted more sweetness and bitterness. I felt there was too much carbonation.

Light yellow, cloudy, with nice thick white head. Spicy citrus aroma. Taste of coriander and pommerade. A great beer for a hot summers day.

Botle pours a very light cloudy white/yellow witha midium bright white head. Thick resiliant lacing. Aroma is light and spicy. I notice the Belgiun yeasty notes and just a bit of the advertised coriander. Flavor is very mild and pale. Fairly sweet and papery. Lively carbonation and a moderate feel in general. Skunk nailed it. "Sessionable"

This beer pours an almost clear to pearlish white color with a hint of light yellow color. Small white head, quickly dissipating with a small degree of lacing and noticeable floaties suspended in the beer. Aroma is light with yeasts, hay, barnyard and orange in the nose. Flavor-wise were looking at a very light bodied beer. Sessionable, hay and grass with a sweet mid-sip and an orangey finish. Noticeable carbonation mid-sip but generally mild toward the finish. Mildly sticky as it warms. Dry slithgly cardboardy sweet finish. Something acetic and sour about the finish that Im just not quite digging.

UPDATED: MAR 7, 2010 Pale beige and cloudy with a thin white head. Aroma is spicy with notes of citrus and wheat. Taste is yeasty and bready with orange peel and coriander making things quite interesting. Body is light and carbonation is high. Excellent witbier.

I most crave fries when I drink this. Something sublimb about the way the salt and strach cut dry, soft tartness of this extrodinary beer. Beer will alway be a little magical, as long as this one is around. This beer is the remedy for all the bad examples of this difficult style -- and also their inspiration for still trying.

Great summer beer. The orange and coriander blend well with the unfiltered element, which adds a fuller body to a refreshing and smooth drinking flavorful beer. Its good when I feel like a break from the heavier stuff, which isnt often - but its nice to know its there.

The beer poured a golden/straw color with a lot of yeast present and had white head. The taste was very well balanced.
