Great beer for theose hot summer days.
Fruity, cloudy(as it should be).
Only if I could find a Hoegaarden glass...
It tasts soo much better in the correct glass. ales4ever (24) - gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 13, 2005
Fruity and juicey, this beer has a nice flavor. Spicey and bold with nice orange peel and nutmeg. A tad too sweet for it’s own good, but just light enough too please the palate, but I wouldn’t get drunk off this. JustinBathurst (134) - Corner Brook, Newfoundland, CANADA - AUG 11, 2005
Pours out a pale yellow like a cloudy grapefruit juice. Has a full sudsy head that goes at a moderate pace.
The aroma is spiced citrus, with pieces of banana and bubblegum.
The mouthfeel is middle-ground carbonation and light.
The taste is close to the aroma--spiced citrus, banana, bubblegum--but the sweetness is nicely overcome by a spicy finish. I’m guessing I should thank the coriander [Extends hand]. Nicely done.
Twangy. Like a ginger beer, but better. bask (305) - Leuven, BELGIUM - AUG 10, 2005
Bottle, in Hoegaarden glass. Looks watery with a yellowish tint and small white head. Aroma of wheat, orange citrus and spices. Dominant flavour of lemon and lime citrus, more sweet than bitter.

Followed directions on bottle on pouring instructions. Not sure why it is need to create the big head. Beer has the flavor and taste that it looks and sounds like. A smooth wheat not very complex but pleasing. MadMan (495) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - AUG 6, 2005
On draft. A tad expensive, but still there is a re-rate coming soon that will be made with a clearer head. Has a good spicy aroma and nice color. Light bodied with a very fizzy and light carbonation. I didn’t take any notes at the pub and will next time. Glad to see it on tap somewhere as it was the best thing they had going at this place, errrr well, except for the hot chicks in short skirts. bourne (161) - Suwon, SOUTH KOREA - AUG 4, 2005

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2005 From the bottle.
Pours light and cloudy with an ample head and an aroma of lemongrass, bread, and spice.
The taste follows: pleasingly sour with lemon peel and field-grass giving way to yeast and soft malts.
This is a pleasing, highly drinkable beer. This was really delicious with a subtle but well-crafted meal at Cafe Flora.
