For a weisse beer, it’s acceptable. It is nothing to write home about, but if there is nothing better, this will fit the bill. JRHBrew (367) - Fredericton, New Brunswick, CANADA - NOV 29, 2005
UPDATED: FEB 2, 2008 Re-rated Feb 2, 2008 Bottle. Poured very light and very cloudy with a white head. Pleasant fruity aroma. Sweet, refreshingly light body. My current favorite beer.

Old favorite. When poured properly you get a large, lingering, frothy head over pale yellow ale. Great nose of yeast, citrus, and grass(?). Very refreshing, yet spicy aswell. Complex but still thrist quenching. Extra points for availability. Siroy (220) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 28, 2005
[Bottle 341 ml, served chilled, fresh, Blind tasting test with Mario D’Eer]
This was a Blind tasting test; I didn’t know what I was drinking. No head. Very low carbonization. Odd color. Fade yellowish/citrus color reminded me of a glass of citrus juice. Taste was acidic and faint. I didn’t really taste Curacao or coriander typical to witbier. Unimpressed. I will have to try it again, but for now, I have to disagree with the mass.

Grapefruit color, almost no visible head. Very sweet smell that has some spice accent. Wheat cottony taste that while good isn’t my flavor. Almost a tea like ending. luckygirl (1222) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - NOV 23, 2005
This beer poured a cloudy light yellow with a few tiny yeast sea monkeys and a moderate short-lasting off-white head. Aromas included orange peel, coriander, grain. The carbonation is lively and the body is light and refreshing. The flavor is smooth, barely bitter with an average-length lightly spicy finish. Nice and drinkable. 33 cl bottle. Pale yellow colour with a nice off white head. Aroma of bread, wheat and coriander. Also coriander in flavour, very light with a nice taste. A nice witbier. soothsayer (1) - USA - NOV 20, 2005 does not count
Having never smelled or tasted coriander before, I would have to say I like the taste better than the smell. Poured from a bottle with a pretty decent head that faded but lasted for the majority of the time it was in my glass. Very refreshing and pleasing to look at, coupled with good sensations on the tongue and an aftertaste that begs you to drink more. MikeyLikesIt (10) - Austin, Texas, USA - NOV 20, 2005
Excellent beer. One of my favorties. Have tried it both out of the bottle and tap. Nice color and head. Very refreshing. I only wish it was more readily available. I usually have to go to specialty stores to buy it.
