Followed directions on bottle on pouring instructions. Not sure why it is need to create the big head. Beer has the flavor and taste that it looks and sounds like. A smooth wheat not very complex but pleasing. MadMan (495) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - AUG 6, 2005
On draft. A tad expensive, but still there is a re-rate coming soon that will be made with a clearer head. Has a good spicy aroma and nice color. Light bodied with a very fizzy and light carbonation. I didn’t take any notes at the pub and will next time. Glad to see it on tap somewhere as it was the best thing they had going at this place, errrr well, except for the hot chicks in short skirts. bourne (161) - Suwon, SOUTH KOREA - AUG 4, 2005

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2005 From the bottle.
Pours light and cloudy with an ample head and an aroma of lemongrass, bread, and spice.
The taste follows: pleasingly sour with lemon peel and field-grass giving way to yeast and soft malts.
This is a pleasing, highly drinkable beer. This was really delicious with a subtle but well-crafted meal at Cafe Flora.

Half-pint on draft in London. Nice thick white head, beer is a light yellow/white color. Easy on the palate and refreshing. SoLan (1550) - Florida, USA - AUG 1, 2005
Cloudy pale yellow. Huge, bubbly white head. Cap easily floats on top of the solid head. Malt, corriander, citrus in the aroma. Same flavor. Very refreshing, easy to drink. Light body. Definitely one of the better witbiers. Ported (67) - Ontario, CANADA - JUL 31, 2005
Bottled, pack with other belguim beers/glasses. Sharp white foamy head. Cloudy and Pale yellow colour. Smells and tastes lemon-lime with spice, nutmeg perhaps? Goes down smooth and cool on a hot day. mustangjoe (183) - redondo beach, California, USA - JUL 31, 2005
Tap. Very pale yellowish-white in color. Aroma was pleasant and the flavor was citrusy, as others have said. This was my first Witbier. I would say I mostly enjoyed it, but I would probably ask for a good German hefe if it was available before the Witbier.
