One of my most lovely beer and one of the best wheat one! Tastes like honey! The herbal palate makes this whhite beer even more beautiful! Fantastic from the barrel, but not so good when it is in bottle. legion242 (2348) - Richardson, Texas, USA - SEP 5, 2001
The benchmark of wits. An incredible oily texture that is quenching. ....... joet (2680) - Wilsonville, Oregon, USA - SEP 1, 2001
The staid commercial version of the recipe Celis gave back to a Belgian commercial brewery. This definitely cuts corners on the Celis White recipe. Rosendale Brewmeister99 (55) - Rosendale, New York, USA - AUG 29, 2001
The definitive White Beer.............................................. mike mcneil (660) - St Augustine, Florida, USA - AUG 29, 2001
Not a huge fan of the lighter styles, but as Wit beers go this is top shelf. Very yellowish-white and hazy. Spicy nose with lots of coriander. Refreshing carbonation with a citrus spice flavor. Goes down way too easy for $9.99/six pack!!

I am not a huge fan of this style, but this beer was excellent as wheat beers go. Very smooth finish with an enjoyable citrus/wheat flavor. Drew Blood (151) - Mt.Prospect, Illinois, USA - AUG 24, 2001
Intense herbal nose. A little less than balanced but drinkable. Strong corriander infusion. Does not stand up to the top shelf Wit. fishman (350) - Philadelphia, USA - AUG 24, 2001
This reaffirms my love of wits. Nice cloudy body, light head. Crisp and refreshing, with slight citrus (orange and lemon) taste, spicy undertones that make you want more. Very refreshing, in short, excellent. trappist12 (199) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - AUG 24, 2001
Such a refreshing beer during the summer heat. ............................. ravidesai (979) - Bombay, INDIA - AUG 21, 2001
