33 cl bottle from City Center One, served in a snifter. Pale yellow to light tan, unfiltered, with medium white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, slightly coriander, spice. Medium body, light carbonation. Taste is medium sweet with medium bitterness, balanced. Texture is oily.

Bottle. Pours light with a good bubbly head. Aroma has citrus and hops.More carbonation than I usually like on the light palate, but the flavor is fun and interesting. Hints of spice, citrus, grain, and strong notes of wheat and yeast. Everything is nice and subtle but there’s a lot there. Finishes quickly. It’s refreshing and relaxing. Perfect for a party.

Lots of nice fruit flavor, with a bit of good corriander as well. Great summer beer.

delicious in all its cloudy glory. I was amazed at how refreshing this beer really is. I mowed the lawn in 100 degree heat then slammed one of these puppies down my gullet. Nice flavor, smooth body, mellow notes of citrus. Good summer drink.

A la pression avec une rondelle de citron, assez fruite, tres douce (trop douce ??). Pour une biere "grand public" elle reste assez bonne et tres rafraichissante.

Great example of a witbier. Very smooth and citrusy. Goes down easy and extremely good to drink when it is really cold. Light colored. Thirst quenching.

Above average amber belgian white. Not destroyed by spices in the way that many belgian whites have been. Sampled at Room Temperature, pours pale yellow with murky appearance, strong carbonation and a thick white head. Has a very yeasty taste, mixed with wheat. Slight fruit hints.

Rating #42 for 2012 12oz bottle cold from a tulip glass. Aroma of lemon zest and apple juice. 1 inch sparkling white head atop hazy yellow liquid similar to green tea with lemon juice. Lacing was white and spotty. Tastes of some wheat, lemon zest, and Juicy Fruit bubble gum. Medium carbonation, finishes light and frothy. A great beer will re-rate soon.

Belgians really know how to make beers. This type of Hoegaarden is my favorite so far. I like its brown-cloudy color, very fuzzy too. It has also a strong citrus smell, almost like made of oranje juice. The flavor is influenced by wheat, oranje peel and cereal (my perfect combination). One of my most favourites.
