Thin head, malt and citrus aroma, low bitter taste with a little bit spicy aftertaste...

Lively blonde liquid with lots of head that flattens fast, Hoegaarden is a very refreshing and easy to drink wheat beer. The taste is fruity, smell citric. It leaves a very very subtle bitter aftertaste.

Oh my god, this "witbier" is just so nice and tasty. In case you do like Belgian White Beers then this will be considered as a must to try.

The quintissential summer beer. Drank it quite often both bottles and tap in Philadelphia. Got a bottle of it in Fes, Morocco, on Christmas eve. Golden color, decent head. Light tasting, without syrupy aftertaste. Vague accents of spices could go unnoticed with food. The thought of beer with fruit in it used to repulse me, but this beer changed my mind; served cold with a piece of lemon, makes any summer night calm and pleasant. I will drink this till the day they dump me in the ground.

I got to taste this one unexpectedly. I was feeling pretty good by the time I got to this one so my rating may be a little skewed. For some reason I got a pepper taste out of this one. Followed by a sweet taste to finish. I thought it had a good taste, but nothing to fansy

Bottle. Pale, hazy with big white foam that disappears quickly. Aroma iscitrus, herbs and leaves. Lightly sour with light body thin feel, average carbonation and a finish of that sour banana typical of wheat beers. Utterly average. But works great with food especially fish. Easy drinkin´, a beer to get drunk on and skip the worst hangovers.
