3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: MAR 17, 2007 The original white ale, and probably the best. A sensational appearance and aroma. The palate and taste are also top notch. If you can find this beer on draft, you will be hooked! Not bad from a bottle either...but pour into a pint glass.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow with medium fast diminishing head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, apple. Taste is weak, wheat, parfume, soapy ending with light bitterness. Easy drinkable beer and it has a good mouthfeel.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2016 From tap in a pub in Prague. Bright appearance with lasting head. Aroma is appealing with hints of citrus. Taste is citrus and wheat, appealing but can be hard to get used to at first. Overall pretty good for a mainstream beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Had this many times during the last ten years. Rating only now. Murky cream-yellow, small to medium white head. Citrus cake, light yeasty, malted wheat in the background. Sweet with a citrus note. Medium to high carbonation, medium body, light sweet finish. An average wit with a good balance.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I tried this beer once hen I was at a party. The name threw me off for a second because everyone was pronouncing it like "WHO garden". The aroma was nothing to speak home about, but the appearance and taste were pleasing. It was a bit effervescent on my palate, but the drink grew on me the more I drank. I would recommend it to others for sure.
