Also known as Hof Ten Dormaal Barrel-Aged Blond Beer Armagnac 2016
"Like you expect from a beer that has matured on an Armagnac barrel, the aroma after pouring out is intense, complex and alcoholic wich can point out the robust character of this special beer. You can smell some caramel and some biscuit odors. These come from the different malts and by fermenting on the wooden barrels. All this can also be found in the taste with some subtle nutty flavours, especially almond. The sweet aftertaste reminds of truffle.
Domaine Marquestau provided us the barrels. They contained Armagnac for over 30 years."
