Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110128]

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Slightly hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white fluffy head, that leaves some slight lace. Aroma is sweet malts, mild earthyness, some slight fruity and herbal notes as well. Flavour is quite similar with also some mild wooden and yesty notes. Rather refreshing and wellbalanced.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours golden with a slight haze and a rough white head. Clean and decent maty nose. Medium body, clean malts and a dryish finish. 280111

50cl bottle as Hofbrauhaus Freising anno 1160. Pours clear amber colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, mild hops. Taste of toasted malt, mild bitter hops, caramel, nice stuff!

Koelschtrinker (20768) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 21, 2011
Wenig herber und hellmalziger Antrunk mit zunehmender Getreidigkeit. Im Mittelteil dazu bitter, etwas zuckrig. Dann wieder herber und damit frischer. Süffiges, nicht wirklich besonderes Bier. 10/9/9/7/8/9

mcberko (18390) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 27, 2017
On tap at PIB 2017, pours a hazy with a small white head. Aroma brings out light herbal notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is light, with herbal notes, some vegetal notes and biscuity malt. Clean enough, but a bit too vegetal and herbal. Meh.

Oakes (18167) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 2, 2017
Hazy, dullish tan, thick head. Nice coat of foam down the glass. Aroma has herbaceous German hops and a bit of "fresh" yeastiness typical of the style. Soft, herbaceous, moderate bitterness. Malts are a bit doughy. Sweetish finish, not dry. Ok example.

yngwie (17101) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 15, 2011
Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with a minimal-sized off-white head. Weak aroma with grains and a touch of fruity hops. The flavor is more pronounced, at least on the hops, but not very bitter. Medium body, a bit hard on the carbonation. The finish is grainy with some fruityness. Not bad, but definitely not my choice of a celebration beer. 110128

Dedollewaitor (16228) - Odense, DENMARK - JAN 28, 2011
Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours cloudy orange with a small bubbly white head. Dry and bitter flavor. Grass and grain with a bit of svovl.

bierkoning (13444) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - JAN 3, 2011
Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Golden color, hazy. Pear and a hint of grass in both aroma and flavor. Notes of hay coming up in the aftertaste. Hint of dust. Pleasant, but not world shocking.
