Bottle. Blackish brown coloured beer with a strong head. The aroma is yeasty and malty, and the flavour is lightly roasted and bitter with a slight sweetness and maltiness. Overall a nice drinkable dunkel.

Bamberg Jolly Day 3 26/01/2014. Draught at the brewpub in Freising. Clearish dark brown / red coloured pour with a creamy head. Aroma is nutty caramel, and light mineral, light toast. Bamberg Bash Day 3. Tap at the brewpub. Hazy red - deep amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry. Light caramel - slightly oxidised. Little dried fruits. Touch of cinnamon! Semi dry finish.

Appearance: Dark brown colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, caramel, fruit, hops.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
