At BKL - Golden color with a nice white head. A standard for the style without much to add... Michael27 (1890) - Berlin, GERMANY - FEB 9, 2017
Aus der Flasche getrunken (Supermarktkauf). Klares Gold mit kräftigem Schaum. Malzsüße dominiert über Herbheit. Sehr weich im Abgang. vipinvelp (4383) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - JAN 7, 2017
Clear pale yellow, white foam head. Typical aroma and taste, nothing special to report. Just another German beer. (Velp 201701) BlackHaddock (7233) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2016
500ml bottle at home on 13th Dec 2016: BBD of bottle 26th Jul 17, bought from Beers of Europe. Golden pour, white topping. Semi-sweet in nature with a grainy ester and flavour. I was having a mini Bavarian Winterbier tasting session with my son and many of them could have been the same beer, they blended into each other so well: shame really. This did not stand out at all, slightly disappointed with it to be honest. Lacked oomph and character. Pleasant enough, but expected more. Foerdifuxx (353) - Franconia, GERMANY - DEC 4, 2016
Clear golden beer with a white, good lasting, head. Aromas of pale malt, grain, dust, spicy and citrus hops, light sourness. Taste has some good hoppy bitterness in the beginning, grainy towards finish with a light, lasting bitterness. Creamy texture, medium body, lively carbonation. Unexpected bitter for a winter beer. Not bad to be honest.

Many thanks for this Festbier to kevnic2008. Piwo ma sliczna biala puszysta i bardzo trwala piane. Sporo sladow zostawia na kuflu. Kolor jasny, przejrzysty klarowny. Aromat sucharki i cytryna. W smaku lekko kwaskowe chmielne, lekko slodowe, bardziej by pasowalo na lato niz na zime. Ale niby zwykle piwo a dosc tresciwe i jakosciowe tricksta_p (4560) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - FEB 6, 2016
Bottle at home. Aroma is grainy malt, straw and light grassy. Flavour is sweet malt with a light bittersweet finish. Alcohol a bit noticeable, did not expect that considering it’s relatively low ABV. Not a bad Helles, though a bit too sweet and boozy. kamwitsta (553) - POLAND - JAN 30, 2016
Aroma: a little honey, and that’s about it.
Appearance: pretty light brown, clear, head large but not terribly stable.
Taste: moderately sweet, just a bit bitter.
Palate: body medium or below; carbonation above average; mouth feel mildly spicy; finish faintly sweet, a little bit corrosive on the teeth, and very sticky.
Overall: feels more like a watered down Märzen. Not too bad, I could have a few in a pub, being preoccupied with the company and not paying much attention to the drink, but that’s about the limit of this beer. Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - DEC 14, 2015
bottle, Heinrichs 3000 Supergetränkemarkt Kornwestheim. Golden with a mid-sized white head. Malty, hints of honey, shy hoppy touch in the finish. ruigo (2706) - PORTUGAL - NOV 20, 2015
50cl bottle. Clear light amber colour with a nice white head. Caramel, bread, dates and malt in the aroma. Average carbonation and light to medium body. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Overall, drinkable but not remarkable.
