UPDATED: MAY 20, 2009 If I could compared it to a more common brew, I would compare the taste to Heineken, though much less skunky and more flavor. Comes in pint bottles woohoo! Was on sale for $2.39 at the store so I gave it a shot. Not disappointed at all for the price. Nice clean tasting beer with just about the right amount of carbonation. The only real downside to this beer is that there is nothing really that stands out about it.

Moderate grain and yeast aroma. Clear yellow color with a small white head. Very light sweet beginning. Sweetness fading a little in the finish with a slight tangyness.

Wasn’t the prettiest of the bunch! Too much carbonation there. A nice fluffy head on top of the pale golden body. Nice malty and hoppy aroma. Also very evident in taste. Nice bitterness, both in mouthfeel and aftertaste, wich was quite hoppy. A good brew!

The perfect brew from Munchen. Have not had a bad one yet. Always a good pick. Aroma similar to Corona w/lime. Taste mild bitterness. Somewhat dry mouthfeel. Goes down easy with any food. Quality from the German purity law. Good for the style.

2008 Bottle. Aroma is musty with some sweetness. Not much to write home there. Appearance is golden with a quickly dissipating white head. Tastes of very light hops, very light malt, poorly interacting on the palate. Tastes similar to many NA beers. Not very good.

Pours a straw color with a bubbly pale head that settles quickly leaving minimal lacing. Mildly fruity aroma. Crisp, bright start with a light mouthfeel, and a sweet flavor with a slightly fruity finish.

Bottle pours a clear yellow with a medium white head that quickly fades. Aroma is sweet and malty with some grain as well. Mild flavor is a combination of sweet malts and light hops. Crisp and refreshing.
