Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light caramel, moderate yeasty, dark banana, toffee notes. Positiv ist als erstes zu nennen, dass sich die Säuerlichkeit weitestgehend zurückhält und Platz für andere Aromen lässt, gerade nach den Tucher-Weizen wichtig für mich. Aööerdings ist es geschmacklich sonst auch nicht der Knaller. Leicht fruchtig, aber eher röstmalzig und hefig beginnt das Bier und steigert sich im Mittelteil noch etwas. Etwas lakritzartig könnte man den Abgang beschreiben, nehm ich jetzt mal so hin. Test vom 27.12.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,11,10,10,12,11 - 10,75
