Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown body with a foamy, dense head. Smell is bread and dark malts. Taste is of nougat and toffee; a wee bit sweet but overall a well balanced beer. Nothing great, but a decent and very drinkable dunkel weizen.

06-JUL-2012, bottle @hotel in Malaga. Unclear brown with low off-white head. Yeasty aroma with banana and clove. Taste the same with also caramel and bready malty notes and a touch of roast. Not very schwarze, but OK dunkel.

Draught. Dark amber with a medium sized, off-white head. Aroma with bread and caramel malts, wheat and banana/lime/exotic fruits. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with an average carbonation. Finishes with caramel malts, spices, fruity yeasts and lime. Nice dunkelweizen.

Bottle at home ... dark copper ... thin tan lacing ... sweet banana toffee malts ... light clove nose ... over fizzy ... little metalic bitterness ... soft malts ... lightest banana ... fizz is destroying the flavour
