0,5 l at "Zum Tanneneck" in Hagen. Hazy, golden yellow with a huge, foamy, almost stable, white head. Very weak, sweetish aroma of banana and grains. Sweetish taste with hints of banana and grains, followed by a short, slightly sourish finish. Thin to medium body, slightly watery mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very neutral in taste and aroma, boring.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, yeasty, not as bready as other beers of this style. Fruity hints of apricot. Not bad!

Surpricingly good for a non-alcohol beer. Golden coloured and clear. Has a white head, lasting. Good yeasty aroma, some spicy notes too, coriander. Sweet flavor, a bit thin, faint bitterness. Watery texture and lively carbonation.

culchiem (3739) - Berlin, GERMANY - JAN 19, 2012
Draught at the Berlin version. Hazy orange with a huge frothy head. Aroma and flavour are a thinner version of the real stuff. Palate is light wheat. Better than the light version.

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a big and slightly yellow foamy head. Banana-laden and slightly yeasty aroma with a moderate wheat-character and clovy notes. Moderately sweet and bitter flavour, watery body as expected with a moderate carbonation. Slim and slightly wheaty base with present banana-fruity notes; slim, fruity and wheaty finish with a tinge of acidity. One of the better examples of its kin. 05.X.10

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, very loose white head, that slowly collapses; moderate sweet yeasty and wheaty nose over a worthy background; light sweetish-sourish flavour, naturally very light bodied; illusions of bananas in the light sweetish-sourish finish. Not the worst thirst-quencher..........
