mjs (7156) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 2, 2014
(Keg at Black Door, 20140702) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, grassy and bitter. A decent kellerbier.

On tap poured into a dimpled mug. A mild aroma of grass and barnyard hit the nose upon first whiffs. It’s a golden yellow, pale, slightly hazy beer with a big whipped-egg white head. The head recedes slowly and lingers for the entire drink while leaving lots of webby lace. It’s a medium light sweet taste, with a medium light bitter presence. It’s a watery textured beer with tons of creamy carbonation. The body is on the higher side of light and it finishes with a bread flavor and a touch of lemon and spice. It’s dry, crisp, and refreshing. The aftertaste is mostly lemon and grass, but it doesn’t last long.

An opaque orange gold body, with a fluffy inch of foam on top. Lots of nice lacing on the glass. Sort of grassy and light pilsner malt aroma. Flavor had a light hop bitterness, and fairly full body, a shade under medium. Dry finish, it kept me drinking more.

Usko (171) - Bavaria, GERMANY - MAY 13, 2014
0.5l bottle. Hazy orange color, white head. Aroma is very malty, some metallic notes, very very decent herbal hop notes. Taste starts sweet, malt notes dominate. Medium bitterness, medium body.

Kolejne swiezo pachnace piwo sezonowe. Letnie upaly sa dobre do degustowania tego niefiltrowanego lagera. Puszysta i sporawa piana przykrywa dobrze zmetnione piwo o koloze zolto pomaranczowym. Ladna etykieta. W poczatkowej fazie picia wyczuwalo sie dokladnie kwiatowosc chmielu Tettnanger, ale pozniej gdzies ten aromat ulecial. Nie mniej jednak do konca jest goryczkowe i leciutko kwaskowate.

Bottle at the Eagle’s Nest, 9/10/12. Good, refreshing. Light in color and taste. drank from the bottle so couldn’t tell much. Looked bottle conditioned.

Kamil_ (351) - POLAND - AUG 15, 2013
Hazy, gold-orange color. Fruity and grainy aroma. Light bitterness, sweet taste. Soft carbonation.

WillemsUrenkel (1819) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - AUG 11, 2013
0,5 l bottle. Hazy pale orange, mid white head. Starts malty with fuity herbs. Later a little bit dark bread on malt background and a little bit too sweet industrial honey. It´s okay.
