On tap 1l. Orange color, small white head. Very strong banana and clove aroma. Taste banana balanced with refreshing citrus notes, clove hint, full mouth. Softer carbonation then usual for this style. My favourite hefeweizen.

The last time that I drank this beer, I bought it in Domodossola and I tried it at home. In my humble opinion, it is a correct wheat beer, on the pure tradition of our lovely Bavaria and I find this beer better than the original version. The color is yellow, creamy and troubled, normal carbonation for the style, white foam. The taste is with wheat, creamy sensation during all the sips, good aromatics notes of banana, few cloves, a bit watery and well balanced, a good experience.

It's got the usual sweet banana, clove and bubblegum aromas. Pours an golden amber colour with bulbous off-white head. Medium carbonation. Taste is nice, slightly sweeter taste than usual weisse, similar to Fransiskaner. Aftertaste is dry and doesn't last an exceptionally long time. Nice, refreshing taste overall.

A bottle from the basement of 101. Aroma: banana, pear drops. Appearance: hazy light amber, 2 mm. creamy white foam. Palate: medium-bodied yet rather thin, soft carbonation, fruity, flavoursome finish. Taste: medium sweet, tastes good, just a hint of sourness at the finish.

Decent Hefe Weizen. Head disappeared real fast. Nothing fancy, but will do on any day of the week ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
