Bottle 50cl. Poured into a lager glass. Clear medium golden, good activity, good two finger frothy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing; aroma malty, grainy, grass; smooth taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, grassy; in middle part more bitterness leading to a sweetbitter finish, salty touch and a hint of pepper; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; perhaps a bit too sweet in the aftertaste but overall a decent helles.

ischas (769) - - APR 5, 2016
0,5 l Flasche. Gesamt: Gelungen.

chinchill (5163) - South Carolina, USA - SEP 19, 2015
Berchtesgadener Hell vom fass. .5l in glass mug at the brewpub in 2012 (from notes). Crystal clear and sparkling with visible carbonation and a near white head that has moderate duration. Fine malt and spicy hop aroma but rather faint and subtle. More flavorful than nose indicates, and it becomes nicely hoppy and mildly bitter by the finish. A bit floral and herbal. M: near medium body. O: a fine example of this style, albeit with a weak nose and limited head.

2.6
Koelschtrinker (20772) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUL 20, 2015
Heller, süßlich herber Beginn. Süffig, kaum steigende Intensität, nur minimal bitter. Kaum hopfiger Mittelteil, die Herbe sinkt noch. Keine weiteren Veränderungen. 10/10/8/8//8

3.2
omhper (25372) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 13, 2015
Bottled. Lightly hazy golden, brief head. Fruity nose with some grass. Mid dry with light-medium body and firm, rounded mouthfeel. Salty mid bitter finish. Distinct, pleasant.
