*Many thanks to Martin for this bottle! Smooth fresh mild beginning. The yeast is smooth, the body has caramel and soft malts. Sessionable and mild, easy to drink, refreshing stuff.

SIBF 2016, Seattle. Pale cloudy gold, soapy foam. Sweet soft malt. Soft clean, unfiltered malty lager. Good creamy malt, not a lot of sharpness. Nice grainy cellar. Quite ok. too sweet.

Its hazy, almost unclear dark amber with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit, caramel and the flavor has a light sweetness and notes of fruit, malt, caramel, light bread and the finish is slightly dry.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A. Rated on 05.01.2011
Aroma is quite typical to a German unfiltered lager: grainy malt, grassy hops, some toffee and hay. Flavour has grain, some toffee notes, grass and distant herbal notes. Feels a bit flat. A kellerbier below average.

Test vom 24.10.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,10,11,10,8,10 - 9,95
