Flasche 0,33l: Kastanienbraun, leichte Trübung mit festem feinporiger Schaum; in der Nase sehr würzig, frisch, Fruchtnoten, dunkle Malzigkeit, schwarzer Johannesbeersaft, Pflaumen, Kaffee; eher trockener Körper, Würzigkeit, kräftige Röstaromen, leichte Bitterkeit, Kaffee

Lahev(Děkují, Mariuš!): Hazy, light amber coloured, stable and creamy off-white head; mild to moderate caramelly and toasty nose with notes of chocolate; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, mild and relatively light bodied; slightly lingering and slightly drier caramelly and fruity finish. Not bad, a bit boring, though…

Slightly cloudy amber brown colour with a small light tan head. Nutty and woody dry malty aroma with some sweet notes. The flavour is nutty malty with woody dryness and some sugary sweetness. Thin.

Thanks to kevnic208 for that bottle. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, fine malty, some hints of caramel, modest sweet. Finish a bit drier, still fine malty-spicy. A good one!

Dragonfly1 (500) - Colorado, USA - JUN 2, 2013
At HB Chicago. Color is of hot tea, aroma is spice and malt. Taste is more spice and caramel, body is very thin with a dry bitterness in the finish. Ok.

DrinkEmUpJones (1069) - Georgia, USA - NOV 19, 2012
Clear brown with sticky off-white lacing. Medium nutty, malty aroma. Medium bodied, more malt and nut on the nose. A little funkiness-kind of a musky flavor-on the back palate. Solid.
