Clear brown with sticky off-white lacing. Medium nutty, malty aroma. Medium bodied, more malt and nut on the nose. A little funkiness-kind of a musky flavor-on the back palate. Solid. Beerhunter111 (21255) - P´Castle, GERMANY - APR 18, 2014

Thanks to kevnic208 for that bottle. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, fine malty, some hints of caramel, modest sweet. Finish a bit drier, still fine malty-spicy. A good one! jaghana (6107) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - JUN 29, 2010
Bottle 50cl at Kopf Getrankenmarkt Kehl Germany. An amber-brown clear beer with medium head and good lacing. Smell is on cereals and toasted malt. Aroma is on caramel and cereal, the beer is creamy and medium sweet, nice bitterness. Finish is nice on malty notes and bitterness, small banana notes and spices. Good beer. Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Very nice initial description- grainy, extremely "würzig", smooth and faintly lactic. Rahter artisinal. Beautiful lacework. The hop presence is subdued by the malt profile. Caramel throughout. Medium bodied. Some residual sugars in the finish. Thanks a lot jaghana!
