The best beer that I have had. On a hot summer night after a long day of work, this beer was simply amazing. Great flavor, just a good strong lager.

At the new Las Vegas outlet, this is brewed in Munich, not Kentucky, but it's the same beer ... the classic Bavarian lager, firmly golden, well bittered and smooth starchy (but good) finish.

This is an acceptable, but not outstanding, brew... the Kentucky version of of a Munich Helles. As such, it's been "lightened up" a lot, but it still has some flavor.

Draft. Creamy barley malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet creamy barley malt and straw flavor. Solid - has all the characteristics of a great Helles.

JCW (1278) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 2, 2003
Lighty hop, yellow, but noticably darker than their lite beer. Balanced aroma of yeast and malt, and maybe some "flowery frangrants". It is still a pretty light lager, and one I think I could drink all night. Session beer comes to mind.

TheBeerOrg (2145) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - SEP 23, 2007
Pours bright golden with a fully receding off-white head. Aroma is very clean, with light lager breadiness. Taste is clean, lightly bready, with notes of cookie and toasted malt. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Wasn’t expecting to be blown away by multiple facets of flavor. Nicely paired with the notoriously heavy German fare.

Patrickctenchi (6630) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - APR 7, 2014
Draft: Pours gold with a small white head. Honey, lemon, barley aroma. Taste is sweet to almost tart grain/barley malt. Very solid....a nice beer.

Pours light with medium head. Overall good tasting lager. Smooth with a nice taste of hops.
