Tap at Soul Kitchen in Firenze. Hazy golden colour with a white head retaining and lacing
nicely. The nose is nice and fresh, citrusy and wheaty, both present just enough, giving great
balance. Tastes sweetish and citrusy, wheaty, refined and pure. Good. Refreshing carbonation,
light to medium body, palate not too wheaty dry which I like. I’m positively surprised.
