Bottled. A mahogony brown coloured beer with a short lived off-white head. The aroma is a little nutty. Dry with some fruity malts. The taste is fairly fruity with raisins and brown bread. None of the flavours are particularly well pronounced and it’s a pretty average dunkel. Plovmand (8303) - Helsinge, DENMARK - AUG 19, 2010
Bottle. Clear amber body with a medium off white head leaving nice lacings. The aroma is roasted with notes of toasted caramel, and light fruity hops. The flavour is toasted caramel, fruit and light hoppy. lusikka (7813) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 1, 2013
500 ml bottle, thanks Timo A. Pours a ruby copper colour with a white head. Aroma of bread, nuts, red berries, mild sweetness and chocolate. Rather rich flavour of strong toasted malts, red berries, nuts, chocolate and mild bitterness. Medium bodied, a bit rough mouthfeel and a dry, malty, bitter finish. Overall a surprisingly rich dunkel. ogivlado (7810) - Zagreb, CROATIA - APR 5, 2011

Dark amber coloured, minimal off-white head, malty and slight sugary nose. Mild roasted malt, caramel and hint of smoke with notes of brown sugar. Pretty standard dunkel.
Bottle. Thanks pivnizub. Dark amber, brown head. Nice honeyish sweet roasted nose - like chocolate roasted nots, light hop aromatics. Chocolate and roast on the forefront, sweet but not cloying, nice subdued hop balance. Medium body, sparkly mouthfeel. Flowery retronasal. Nice - I seem to have gotten one of the good bottles :-)

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy. Tastes malty and fresh, a little smoky. Very drinkable. Good beer! SilkTork (5737) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - MAY 4, 2007
500ml bottle from BeersOfEurope. A chocolate flavoured yet quite light beer. Pleasant enough and quite drinkable though with little character or interest. I’d have it again and enjoy it, but I wouldn’t suggest someone try it. jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JUL 21, 2003
