COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy, dirty brown with a yellow-beige, quickly disappearing head - some floating particles. Intense aroma of sweet malts, molasses, mead, overripe dark fruits, some alcohol. Medium to full body with a low carbonation. Light to medium bitterness with a (surprisingly) low to medium sweetness - nice. The flavor is malty - breadish, quiet tart, licorice, black berries, apples with a quite dry finish. Well balanced tasty Bock.

0.33 l bottle from Biertraum.de, best before February 2019 (should be bottled three years before). Clear, dark red with a thin, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel, raisins, blackberry, treacle and some dark honey. Moderately sweet, malty, a bit fruity and slightly roasty taste of caramel, raisins, dark chocolate and toasted nuts, followed by a short, slightly bitter, minimally herbal finish. Medium to full body, slightly oily and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Quite nice, not too intense but round and pleasant.

0,33 l bottle purchased at Hof Luckmann, Bissendorf. A darkest unclear amber in the glass with an one finger beige fomy head. Nearly oily. Malt and dark berries on the nose. Taste has malt and some licorice. Also some metallic hints or is this the granit? Caramell, fresh hop and increasing sweetness in the middle part. Decent present alcoholic sharpness. Low carbonation. Interesting stuff, enjoyed it.
