Rating from 3-22-2010...it exploded all over the floor and sink "how do you describe that smell??"....cloudy light copper ..no head...think it landed all on the floor....tastes like bitter dirty pennies (or at least how they smell)....the palate...who cares...well at least I have an Austrian beer for the book! ganache (5951) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 11, 2014
500mL bottle. Nose sweet with sunny citrus and grainy malt, light perfumey/floral hops, good sense of balance. Pours dark golden with lots of carbonation and a sudsy beige head. Taste is sharp and very crisp, a tad tart but clean and obviously not infected, sugary-sweet with low bitterness, gummy malt and grain character, spritely zest of lemon. Full body, oily perfume thickness, drinks fine, just something about it scream ’rough mash’. maniac (3800) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JAN 1, 2014

1 pint .9 oz bottle. Popped the top and a massive head started foaming out. Poured a beautiful unfiltered amber-golden color with a white top that slowly dissipated and a little bit of lacing. Taste of citrus, spice, grain, and a subtle hop finish. High carbonation, low-medium.
