Das charaktervolle, helle Märzenbier wird bewusst etwas leichter eingebraut - der kräftige, malzbetonte Körper macht es zu einem süffig-vollmundigem Vollbier.

Das Hofstettner Märzen trinkt sich spritzig und leicht. Ausgewogen harmonieren Hopfen und Malzaromen nebeneinander. Durch das weiche Hofstettner Wasser werden nur die feinherben Bitterstoffe aus dem Mühlviertler Hopfen gelöst. Auch wird der Spelz des Malzkorns dadurch nicht unnötig ausgelaugt. 11°
