Pours a hazy very light yellow. No head. Aroma of corn and light grass. Slight bitterness. Medium bodied and finishes fairly dry. Not much flavor.

On tap at the brewpub in Fayetteville, AR. Pours a clear, pale yellow colored body with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is grainy with some lemon-grass and a touch of pils sweetness. Flavor is similar. Grainy pils malts with a light sweetness and a balanced lemon-grass. Finishes clean, dry, and lightly bitter with some grass and a few lemon notes. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a light, crisp body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty well done Helles. Light, crisp, and refreshing with a balanced lemon-grass bitterness and grainy pils malt backing. Not bad.

Draft at the source. Described to me as a koelsch. Clear yellow, small white head, solid lacing. Aroma of whie pepper, dusty lemons, straw. Taste is bitter lemon.
