COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Czech style Pilsner. This lager was brewed with imported German Pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops for an authentic European flavor. This golden lager was dry-hopped for great aroma, and aged for four weeks for its smooth taste. Distinctively hoppy and lightly bitter flavors make this a wonderful summer beer, perfect for barbecue and spicy cuisine.

(Draught) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of lemongrass, grain, and grass. Flavor of toasted grain and lemongrass with a dry, crisp bitterness in the finish.

Not sure how they got the light-struck skunk in to in-house beer, but it sure is present here. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden, with a white head. Slightly dark for a pils. Wheat and grains in the aroma. Flavor is a good malty taste. Slightly wheaty. Maybe too much wheat for the style but I didnít mind. Body was medium to light. Maybe a bit thick for a pilsner. Overall I enjoyed it
