Draught only; Keg & cask (handpump).

Note: This cider is most commonly seen on keg but may be encountered on cask served by handpump. If you had a cider from bag-in-box draught it was something different.

Hoganís Draught Cider is a classic draught cider, bright, lightly carbonated and golden in colour, fermented from 100% fresh pressed cider apples. As with all our products no apple concentrate is used and we do not add sugars prior to fermentation giving our premium cider an authentic taste.
Hoganís Draught Cider (4.5% abv) is a medium dry cider with a distinctive, appley aroma and some peaty notes. Well-balanced on the palate, Hoganís draught has an abundance of classic cider apple tannins and a pleasing complexity.

Pale piss yellow body with hefty carbonation producing typically headless cider. Really wooden apple scent, in a nailed to the picnic bench in the sun for a few weeks way. Without the blasting CO2 to keep things fresh enough to let you close enough for a sip. Very crisp and clean initial taste is the only thing saving this. Big slops of dry apple and a murky finish even with all the carbonation.
Really very poor. But was also very cheap. No cask downstairs in club part of venue and Aspallís was £2.00 more expensive. Chuck a bit of blackcurrant in and was a sugary palatable mess.

Keg, The Phoenix Oxford Circus, London
