draft at Blue Monk, pale straw colored , mountain dew like pour. Light aroma of sweet apples. Apple sweetness hits right in your jaw joints. Very sweet & tart. Some plastic flavor. Not a huge fan of ciders anyway

[3234-20100801] Tap. Fragrant apple blossoms aroma. Clear, yellow orange body with a quick foamy white head. Sweet and tart apple notes up front in the flavour then mellows to a mild cheese twang. Medium body has nice carbonation. Sweet but drinkable.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 10, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.

Unclear light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sulfur, aceton. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderste acidic with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20100122]

2010-08-01. Crisp yellow body with a small white foam at first pour, very effervescent. Flavour of tart apples with musty undertones, fruity, tart lingering acidic apples shine briefly then fades, letting the sweeter "mainstream cider" notes take over. 6+ Aroma of musty apples, cheese and sweat socks in varying levels of prominence. Bubbly average palate suits it. Okay, tastes much better than it smells. Draught at The Eagle, London

Cask. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Intense aroma of acetone with some sweet apple. Light body, completely flat, sweet apples, loads of acetone that almost makes me cough! Almost... 220110

Cask Stillage at NWAF The Venue, Miles Platting 22/01/2010 Big fruit aroma. Golden coloured a little hazy in appearance and strong in alcohol. Fruity with a slightly dry finish.

From the barrel at the Wellington, Birmingham. Cloudy yellow. Flat-packed. Smells a bit lambic if you ask me - i.e. sour and tart. Soft appley flavour, juicy and fluffy. Quite good considering the abv, and very easy drinking. For some reason in my notepad, I have written at this point "Wetwary - the birthplace of Mark Lionel Edwards".

From the barrel - Wellington Birmingham. A hazy greeny gold coloured cider. The aroma is a mix of apple and pear and is on the sweet side. The taste is the apple just below the peel. A good long finish and quite easy to drink.
