A tawny coloured well hopped full bodied ale with hints of roasted malt.
Ingredients: Maris Otter pale malt, crystal malt chocolate malt. Fuggles and Goldings hops.

Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, tea, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, tea bitter . Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091231]

A slightly unclear ruby beer with no head. The aroma is very lighty fruity with notes of hops. The flavor is rather complex; fruity, hoppy and a very bitter end. A very nice bitter.

Almost clear dark amber brown with a thin off white head that mostly makes a break for the edge.
Nose is malts, dark toffee, fruit and a little spice.
Taste comprises much the same, dark fruit notes, a little spice, caramel/toffee.
Medium bodied with soft carbonation lending towards a bitter finish.
Drinkable, middle of the road, file under ............... W !
