Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, berry, pudding, raisin, galvanized water pipes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. 
From cask at Bree Louise. Pours dark brown to black with a small to no lasting head. Aroma is dark malty and roasted. Roasted dark malty, liqourice and breadish. Sweet and toffee malty to caramelsh. A deep red or brown beer with a small chocolate brown head. The aroma is light with notes of chocolate and coffee. The flavor is nice malty sweet with strong notes of chocolate and coffee. Like a Duchesse Du Bourgogne but a little less sour and and a little more bitter. Very tangy. Very drinkable!
