COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - Chritmas. Year round bottle conditioned.
First brewed shortly after the foundation of the brewery, OTT is a very rich, dark ale. We use 4 different malt styles - pale, crystal, chocolate and malted wheat - each of which has a unique character. Local Fuggles hops added at various stages during the boil enhances the beer’s depth. Old Tongham Tasty is named after the village where we brew in a farm on the edge of the Surrey Hills. Its complexity drinks ’like a festival of different tastes on the tongue’ - at least that’s how it was described after a lengthy sampling session.

Bottle. Almost black beer with a gentle head. The aroma is milky and chocolatey and the flavour is quite vinous, dry, bitter and slighlty roasted. Overall a nice beer.

Bottle. Dark brown with a small light brown head. Roasted malts, fruits, some sourness and coffee aroma. Berries, some yoghurty sourness meeting coffee and burnt malts flavours. Relatively thin texture. Original, though I am not 100% convinced that the sour fruits marry that well with the roasted malts in this beer.
